Catholic High School Gift Certificate Program
How
Does It Work?
Gift
Certificates/cards are sold year round and are honored at stores
nationwide. Every purchase
will earn you a 4% rebate on tuition.
Rebates are credited to your tuition account four times a year.
Parents of incoming freshman can start purchasing gift certificates
beginning June 1 for the following school year.
AVAILABILITY
When school is in session, gift certificates/cards can be
purchased in the Main Office from 7:30 to 8:30 AM, and in the Development
Office from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.Just
fill out the appropriate order form.
Students
may also drop off orders at the Development Office before 1:00 PM.
The orders will be filled and returned to the student during 8th
period. If the student is not
present in their 8th period class, the certificates will be
delivered the next day. We
are not responsible for certificates once they have been delivered to the
student.
Summer: Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday from 9:30 to 2:30 in the Development Office.
INVENTORY
We will make every effort to keep certificates/cards
available for immediate purchase. Occasionally
we will be out of a certain stores or denominations.
For extra large orders (over $500 for any one store), please
call for availability. Special
orders are sent in on the 10th of the month and offer an even
greater variety of certificates.
PAYMENT
You can pay for your gift certificates/cards in cash or by
check made out to Bethlehem Catholic High School.
A $30.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks for
reason of insufficient funds.
REBATES
Rebates are determined at the end of August, November,
February and April, and credited to your tuition account soon after.
- If
you pay your tuition bill up front at the beginning of the school
year, any rebates earned will be carried over into the next school
year.
- If
you are using the “FACTS” payment method to pay tuition, expect to
receive a statement from the Main Office with your rebate total.
This total is distributed over the remaining months of
payments. By the end of
the school year, all rebates will be satisfied.
WAYS
TO SAVE…
- Westgate
Mall
certificates can be used at all mall stores except for the liquor
store. You can also use
the Westgate Mall certificates to pay off your Bon-Ton charge account.
- J.C.
Penney
and Kohl’s gift cards can be used to pay off store charge
accounts. Macy’s
will not accept gift cards as payment on charge cards, but you can use
them on charge card sale days and get a 15% discount on purchases.
- Supermarkets
accept gift cards as payment at their in-store pharmacies.
Giant and Redner’s gift cards at their gas stations.
