The first semester of Web Design is dedicated to creating Web Pages using HTML code and CSS. Over the course of the semester, students progress from creating a simple web page, to creating web sites with multiple pages and links. Students will learn how to format text within the pages, add graphics and multimedia, and create forms. Students will also learn different ways of structuring web pages through the use of frames, templates, tables and structuring tables. In addition, the course may include XHTML, XML, and JavaScript concepts. ________________________________________________ Semester 2: Dream Weaver Software
