Curriculum

Bethlehem Catholic's contemporary curriculum offers its students a variety of courses designed to implement the philosophy and goals of the school.  Broad-based, this curriculum allows Christian values to come alive in the classroom, adding an important dimension to the life-by-learning process.

Rooted in the liberal arts, Bethlehem Catholic's program of study has prepared its students for some of America's finest colleges and universities.  Enriched and Advanced Placement courses heighten the level of scholarships available on campus.  In addition, for those immediately entering the work force, Bethlehem Catholic has provided an outstanding environment for vocational training.

College Credit Courses

Each year we offer our students a variety of ways to earn college credits.
  • Our Distance Learning Lab provides in-school courses taught by DeSales University.  Three college credits are earned per semester per course; e.g., Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, among others.
  • Our Distance Learning Lab provides in-school courses held in conjunction with Lehigh County Community College; e.g., Computer Aided Drafting.
  • Adjunct professors from DeSales University teach college courses on campus during our school day; e.g., English 103, English 104, among others.  These earn three credits per semester per course.
  • During the school day qualified students may take courses from any local college. If possible, we tailor the Becahi schedule to accommodate the college schedule.
  • Honors Engineering is taught at Bethlehem Area Vo-Tech for our students.  College credit is provided by Lafayette College.
