Billy Joel once said, “I think music in itself is healing.  It’s an expression of humanity….something we are all touched by.  No matter what culture we’re from, everyone loves music.”  In the Bethlehem Catholic Golden Hawk Band, we believe this statement to be true and we make it our mission to spread this love of music at each of our performances.  As members of the band, we reflect the Bethlehem Catholic principles of hard work, unity and faith in all we do. 

Even after the last football game, the band stays busy, preparing for our Christmas concert in December.  Admission is free, and it’s a great way to get into the holiday spirit.  In the new year, we begin preparing for our spring concert and competition trip.  This spring, our marching,  concert, and jazz bands are traveling to compete against other competitive high school music programs.  

As you can see, the Golden Hawk Band is a great organization with which to be involved.  If you are interested in supporting the band, or would like to receive more information about joining, please feel free to call the band room at 610-866-0791 ext. 20.  We hope to see you out cheering for the award-winning Bethlehem Catholic Golden Hawks Marching Band.
